Fuel cleaning system for motor boats

Reliable cleaning of diesel and petrol – easy retrofitting

Contaminated fuel is one of the most common causes of engine damage in motor boats. Water, bacteria, suspended solids or air bubbles get into the tank even with high-quality diesel or gasoline – often unnoticed. The consequences are usually delayed: startup problems, loss of performance, clogged filters or costly repairs.

The fuel cleaning system for motor boats from GoFilter reliably removes water, bacteria and other particles from diesel and gasoline. The system is permanently integrated into the boat, works automatically or manually and can be easily retrofitted on almost all motor boats.

This is how the GoFilter fuel cleaning systems work

High-quality special filters from renowned manufacturers are used in the GoFilter fuel cleaning system. Depending on the configuration, SEPAR filters, Parker Racor turbine filters or Micfil ultrafine filters are installed. These remove up to 99% of the impurities from the fuel – including water, microorganisms, dirt particles and air bubbles.

The control is carried out via a stored-program control (PLC). As a result, the system can either be started manually or operated automatically according to a defined schedule. The fuel is regularly removed from the tank, filtered and cleaned and returned again.

Thus, GoFilter becomes the central component of a well-thought-out fuel management system and an important component of the preventive maintenance of your motorboat.

Available variants – suitable for every motorboat

GoFilter fuel cleaning systems are available for different tank sizes, fuel types and application requirements. Depending on requirements, various filter technologies and performance levels are available.

Ultra-fine filters for fuels – maximum filtration performance

The Micfil ultrafine filters used in the EXCLUSIVE systems offer a significantly higher filter performance than conventional standard filters. They filter particles up to 0.5 µm and absorb water from diesel, gasoline and biodiesel.

Thanks to their high dirt absorption capacity, long service life and reliable water absorption, they ensure a consistently high fuel quality. The corresponding certifications apply exclusively to the filters installed in the GoFilter EXCLUSIVE systems.

Characteristics of the GoFilter fuel cleaning system

  • filtration up to 0.5 µm
  • water-absorbing
  • high flow rate
  • long service life
  • space-saving design
  • easy filter insert replacement
  • suitable for pressure and negative pressure operation
  • up to 10 bar operating pressure
  • eliminates up to 98% of all bacteria

Cleaning boat fuel – with a system

Condensation, bacteria and suspended solids are not only produced during long service lives. Even under unfavorable conditions, larger quantities of diesel or gasoline can be contaminated within a short time. The consequences range from loss of performance to serious damage to the engine, tank and fuel system.

With the GoFilter fuel polishing system, you can specifically prevent these problems. Regular, automatic cleaning keeps the fuel in optimal condition – and you can enjoy your time on the water without worrying about the engine.
